You need at least 1000 Prestige points to create or join a Guild. If you have enough Prestige, you will see a new icon next to the battle button on the main screen. You can access Guilds here.
On the Guild selection screen, you can search for open Guilds, search for a specific Guild you might want to join, or create a new Guild by tapping the CREATE button.
